About Us

Self Reflexion is a Saskatoon based production company that creates photographs and cinematic movies of weddings all across Western Canada, helmed by husband and wife team Brian & Chelsea Self. Along with their full studio crew,
Self Reflexion passionately writes new ways to tell a story, making not just images and video to look back on, but legendary moments to look forward to.

Chelsea is an incredibly well-rounded photographer and is well known for her astonishing knowledge and use of light. Chelsea holds a Photographic Imaging Technician degree and has spent time in the past teaching film photography at SIAST college in Saskatoon. When Chelsea isn't photoshopping or taking pictures, you can find her either dancing, horseback riding or playing video games with her hubby.

Brian began his foray into cinema in high school with three years of broadcast television camera work for the Shaw channel. This evolved into capturing many of the high-profile events in Saskatoon including Snoop Dawg, The Guess Who, Womens World Hockey Championship and more. After his tenure in broadcast television, Brian completed a degree in Cinematography from Lights Film School in New York, joined the National Association of Photoshop Professionals and now manages marketing and cinema production; all while trying to convince Chelsea to become a Mac user.
